    It has been a more than a year since I checked my cholesterol level. Last time it was 5 point something. To my surprise, today when I checked it shows 7.9! My wife is 7.2.

    The story I published last year

    I thought exercise alone can reduce cholesterol. I run, cycle, play golf and do things around the house. But it was not enough. The food is the major contributor.

    I love chocolate, ice cream, nasi lemak, sambal, roti canai, curry, etc. Raya celebration last month is the turning point. A lot of eating since then.

    From today, only healthy diet for me and my family. No more eat outside and no more mamak food.

    For friends and family, get your cholesterol check at nearest clinic or pharmacy. Just RM10 per test.

    Licithin was the supplement I took before. Now I have to start taking it again.
