The title sounds as if I want to write a long article on cholesterol. There are so many already if you googled.
I just want to highlight that for Malaysians, the culprits are Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai and all other food which have coconut milk in it.
In 2 months, I reduced the intake of those food. Nasi lemak was just once a week. And drink a lot of plain water.
The result is from 7.9 a couple of months ago to 5.3.

cutting those lovely food is one thing but it mush be combine with proper exercise regime
