The weather was perfect. It was a blessing for riders and organiser. The event was well organised and for the first time the track had distance signage for every km. This is my first jamboree this year and even the toughness was about 1/3 of Kayuh Lasak 2010 and slightly easier than Kulim Jamboree 2011 but I felt it was tough enough for me. Maybe I am getting old.
Facts from may Garmin Edge 705:
- Distance: 41.76km (41km) (50km)
- Total ascent/descent: 598m (752m) (1532m)
- Calories: 1830 (2363) (4326)
- Highest peak: 117m (219m) (580m)
Compared with Kulim Jamboree 2011 and Layuh Lasak 2010 (figures in brackets).
My only complain is still the same, the ranking thing is not for jamboree.

Normal scene in jamboree but no one was complaining.

Good water station. Enough supply of Suntonic and they would fill up your drinking bottle if you asked them to.

Bukit Pengsan should be rename to Bukit Cantik or whatever that can motivate riders.
