    Recently, I bought from US a complete supplement for maintaining healthy joint function. Combination of these 3,  glucosamine, Chondroitin and methylsulfonylmethane, currently is not available in Malaysia. In addition to that, the dose selling in US is about 3 times higher.

    You have to take a capsule a day and it will last for 4 months compare to our local-low-dose which you should take up to 4 capsule a day.

    Kayuhan Sabtu lepas adalah sebahagian dari training untuk ke Sabah. Bermula jam 7.30 dari Taman Jaya.


    Trek bersebelahan dengan highway. Time pergi semua mengunakan  minitar dan lorong-lorong.

    Gunung Jerai jauh di sana.  Tandop, Adi, Din, Comel, Man Bank Rakyat dan Amir Plus.

    Dah hampir nak sampai

    Selepas makan di kaki gunung, kami hanya mampu kayuh hingga ke pondok yang pertama. Disebabkan Din dah semput dan juga makanan tengahari yang telah disiapkan oleh isteri Din, kami pun berpatah balik.

    One way, 47km, sampai balik 92km. Pengdakian GJ hanya 194m.

    Singgah di rumah Din di Batu 5 1/4 Simpag Empat untuk makan. Apa yang dihidang dibalun habis. Sorang  3 pinggan.  Dasar muka tak malu.

    Lepas tu lena sat. Makanan lain pulak muncul. Lepas bangun belasah pulak. Kalau tunggu Asar, cucur udang akan siap, itu kata Din. Sambung kayuh sebelum Asar sebab dah malu. TQ kepada Din sekeluarga kerana menyediakan makanan dan layanan yang first class walaupun inform last minute. Kali ni Din kata Free. Next time kena charge!

    Kesimpulannya, kayuh banyak, makanpun banyak.

    So many things to buy for Great Adventure in Oct 2010. Stuff that are required for 4 days of cycling and things to bring for 2 days of climbing.

    Checklist for climbing

    Long Sleeves Shirt/Warm Clothes
    Change of Clothes
    Suitable Walking Shoes – sport/gym shoes/hiking shoes
    Second pair of shoes/pair of sandals
    Gloves/Hat/Mask
    Extra Socks
    Rain and Wind Gear, Raincoat, Thick Wind Breaker, Rain Cap
    Towel
    Toothbrush, toothpaste….etc
    Tissue Paper/Toilet Roll
    Sun Block & Lip Gloss
    Insect Repellent
    Mosquito Oil
    Headache Tablets
    Plasters (For cuts/blisters)
    Deep Heat Lotion (For muscle cramp)
    A couple of plastic bags (For Wet clothes etc…)
    Binoculars
    Camera
    Water Proof bags for camera
    Torchlight & Fresh Batteries (Preferably Head Sets)
    High Energy Food (Chocolates, nuts, raisins)
    Water Bottle
    Walking Stick

    All are required for climbing, cycling and 8 days 7 night stuff must cramp into 15kg bag.

    Last week we visited Pusat Sains Negara on our way back to Alor Setar from Negeri Sembilan.

    The place just 5 minutes from Jalan Duta Tol. The admission is free. There is a ticket counter so they used to charge for entrance.

    You can easily spend  a couple of hour there. A lot of things to do and experiment. Some of  Science Officers available to assist you.

    Not-so-nice part, some of the display materials and  experimental stuff are broken or not functioning.   Some parts that can be easily maintained and repaired are not attended to.

    Anyway, Pusat Sains Negara is a must visit place for kids.
