Selamat Menyambut Aidil Fitri kepada semua rakan-rakan, mountain bikers, bloggers dan semua pelawat blog ini. Semoga kemeriahan sambutan tidak melupakan kita kepada yang kurang bernasib baik. Semoga kita sentiasa mengsyukuri nikmat dan kesenangan yang dikurniakan Allah SWT.

Renunglah hadis sahih di atas. Fikirlah masalah yang menimpa umat Islam sekarang di Malaysia dan seluruh dunia. Adakah kita ambil peduli?

Adakah keriangan Aidil Fitri di negara bergolak Iraq dan Afganistan?
Amankah menyambut Aidil Fitri di kawasan tegang di Selatan Thailand?

Last week after my exam at Manara BHL Penang I met with my old Sains Kedah friend, Lim Soon Heng. We were in the same class for 5 years. He was the one who introduced me to SLR. He bought Olympus OM10 and we used it to shoot school events.
He does not change much. For me, I look like age has taken its toll.

I need to pass 2 modules to obtain Fund Management License from Securities Commission. Module 9 on Fund Management Regulation and Module 10 on Asset and Fund Management.
I passed module 9 on 20 July and module 10 only yesterday after 5 attempts. I thought I can pass easily the 10 because of my accounting background but it is more on finance. Beta, standard deviation, correlation, options haunted me for the last 2 months. Alhamdulillah – berkat doa famili dan rakan2. Now I can feel more relax.
Last week we visited Pusat Sains Negara on our way back to Alor Setar from Negeri Sembilan.
The place just 5 minutes from Jalan Duta Tol. The admission is free. There is a ticket counter so they used to charge for entrance.
You can easily spend a couple of hour there. A lot of things to do and experiment. Some of Science Officers available to assist you.
Not-so-nice part, some of the display materials and experimental stuff are broken or not functioning. Some parts that can be easily maintained and repaired are not attended to.
Anyway, Pusat Sains Negara is a must visit place for kids.
This is the first time the whole family riding. BTW, the oldest in MRSM Pengkalan Chepa.
32km ride from house to Kepala Batas, Titi Besi, Alor Madi and visit Kedah International Hot Air Balloon. If you notice, not enough helmet for everyone.
Ride with family is the best but the slowest.

Today is my birthday. How time flies. Everything in the past seems like yesterday.
I still remember my life at Bukit Jambul during my early school life. I still remember how awkward I was when my father was my English Teacher at Sekolah Haji Hassan Itam. I still feel the fear of Cikgu Mokthar of Sains Kedah.
And I still remember the smell of my first morning in Liverpool.
Last weekend, we went to Kelantan for my brother in law wedding. Stayed one night at PCB resort. Paid RM200 for a newly built chalet. The plus points are, this resort is close to food stalls and shops. Near to public beach which has a lot of activities.
But, the main building, lobby, restaurant are kind of old.
Please avoid aging chalets.

Jual ubat at the beach
Cloudy morning – spend 3 hours at the beach. Enjoying the wave which is normally much higher than west coast.
Sudah menjadi routine setiap pagi cuti kena kayuh dengan geng ni. Bangun sama-sama dengan azan subuh, lepas solat terus siap nak kayuh. Pak dia pun kena bangun awal untuk subuh.
Distance semakin bertambah. Next time kena pakai topi dan glove baru boleh break 20km.
Sebab itulah terpaksa menolak banyak jemputan kayuh. Family’s first! You must get your priorities right!
